Leah has dedicated two decades of her career to educational leadership, before transitioning into consultancy work in 2015. In 2019 she founded Leah Chang Learning Inc., where she and her team have developed curriculum for many sectors on complex topics. As our lead instructional designer, she’s adept at distilling large concepts into digestible learning opportunities. As our lead learning technologist, she is passionate about supporting organizational development and change through digital adoption and enablement.
Leah is a firm believer in community of practice, and has membership in various associations including: ATD, I4PL, eLearning Guild, eLearning Heroes, Totara Administrators, and Blackbaud Community. She is passionate about connecting people to what they need to be effective in their roles. Leah is proud to have assembled a roster of extremely talented course designers and collaborators who consistently deliver high-quality learning experiences to all of Leah Chang Learning’s clients.
In her spare time, Leah writes children’s fiction, climbs mountains, and rescues animals and plants. She also volunteers for tech groups as mentor and guest speaker. Leah is a Canadian of Chinese and European descent. She speaks English and French with native fluency, and is currently learning conversational Spanish and Mandarin.
