Kim is passionate about making an impact in the community. With experiences across international sport, government, non-profit, and tech sectors, Kim has forged cross-industry partnerships to help organizations become more inclusive and accessible.

Kim leads accessibility and strategic partnerships for LCL. Her years of working in disability and accessibility spaces make her passionate about building inclusive cultures and products. Kim’s experience in international sport keeps her focused and helps drive the team towards accomplishing its strategic goals.

In her spare time Kim likes exploring BC, following womens sports, and eating good food. Outside of work you will most likely find her on the water, in the forest, or at the table.
