Our story
From solopreneur to full service instructional design team
Our founder, Leah Chang, has decades of experience in educational strategy and leadership. Having a solid foundation in education from her time as a secondary and post secondary educator, she transitioned to digital marketing and corporate training. In 2016, she became a full-time, independent consultant in instructional design.
In 2019, Leah quickly saw the need to support cause-driven organizations beyond course design. The LCL team grew as Leah added consultants forming a team. Our client’s needs grew as did our expertise. We became known for our collaborative approach and fulsome learning services. The LCL team has been in high demand ever since.
