Jill brings over twenty-five years of experience in government, nonprofit, community, and private sector work. They have led leadership development, organizational change, public engagement, and capacity building initiatives, with a particular emphasis on equity-building and trauma-aware practice. Jill has held senior leadership roles within the Government of Alberta and in non-profit and private sector organizations.

At LCL, Jill supports projects as a subject matter expert in gender-based violence prevention, organizational learning, policy research and analysis, facilitation, partner engagement, and strategic project coordination. They are particularly experienced in guiding conversations about complex, sensitive topics, including domestic violence, healthy relationships, unconscious bias, and anti-racism. Jill is passionate about helping people lead with clarity, intention, and alignment no matter their role in an organization.

Deeply connected to their hometown of amiskwacîwâskahikan (colonially known as Edmonton), Jill has contributed to numerous arts, mentorship, and 2SLGBTQ+ initiatives over the years. As a coach, they bring curiosity, warmth, and a grounded strategic perspective to their work, supporting clients to build on their strengths and take meaningful action toward their goals.
