Rick has been working in the adult learning field for nearly four decades, and in the eLearning field specifically, for nearly three decades.

As an instructional designer, he believes that effective learning experiences go beyond the transfer of information; they inspire, engage, and empower learners to reach their full potential. Rick’s goal is to create learning experiences that not only meet educational objectives, but also captivate and motivate learners, fostering a genuine passion for knowledge and for the development and application of new competencies.
