She is an experienced implementation specialist with both open source and vendor solutions. Her background includes IT management and career counseling.  She is skilled at providing polished eLearning development solutions in Articulate Rise, Storyline, and more.

Raquel skillfully combines technology and creative elements to make modern and accessible eLearning solutions. As one of LCL’s key eLearning developers, Raquel elevates course production by prioritizing quality and consistency. As a lifelong learner who has tried various career paths, Raquel understands each unique user journey and empathizes easily with each client’s vision. 

Hailing from Sao Paulo by way of London, UK, Raquel speaks Portuguese and volunteers with animals in her spare time.
