Nicolette is a dedicated learning professional committed to driving interactive and high-quality learning experiences. Nicolette brings over five years experience as an instructional designer who has created numerous learning projects across various settings including corporate, not-for-profit, Crown Corporations and higher education. With an additional background in business roles spanning ten years, she brings a unique blend of expertise in learning design, strategy definition and project leadership to LCL. She has been at LCL since 2024.


Nicolette plays the important role of Instructional Design Lead and Learning Business Analyst at LCL. She leads learning projects involving learning experience design, learning strategy, learning needs analysis, organizational development and LMS consultation. She also performs business operations analyses for LCL to ensure its strategic alignment. Armed with a Master of Arts in Learning and Technology, she brings a learner-centered design approach and is continually evolving her philosophy through professional development. Nicolette emphasizes relationships within her projects and strives to understand the needs of the organizations she works with, so she can craft sustainable solutions that individuals can thrive and grow from.

In her spare time, Nicolette enjoys fitness classes, keeping up to date with financial literacy and performing choreography in the occasional dance class.
