Celia is a seasoned professional with over 6 years of experience in employer relations, marketing, and event planning in higher education. Currently completing her Master’s in Educational Technology, she joined the LCL team in November 2023 as the Client Experience Manager. In this role, Celia brings a wealth of expertise and a dedicated commitment to advancing her skills in educational technology.

Celia plays the important role of the Client Experience Manager (CXM) at LCL, where she supports the CEO in operations, client engagement, project management, and social media messaging. Recognized as the “Smooth Operator,” she employs a calm and collaborative, yet high-achieving approach that goes beyond delivering top-notch service. Celia champions client success, celebrates achievements, and prioritizes an inclusive, empathetic, and highly productive work environment.

In her spare time, Celia is an avid reader, video gamer, and recipe tester. She enjoys exploring diverse cultures through travel and embraces the opportunity to broaden her perspectives. Celia is also a passionate planner of cheesy, themed events that bring people together.
