Inclusion Canada and Autism Canada lean on LCL to build a resource hub from scratch
During COVID people on the spectrum or with intellectual disability were unemployed. Inclusion Canada hired LCL to create a resource hub to support job seekers, support workers, and HR professionals with the resources they needed to foster inclusive workplaces. LCL and our affiliated partners rallied to deliver TheInclusiveWorkplace.com, a resource hub packed with articles, eLearning courses, videos and interactive training–all in 5 months, and two official languages. LCL and TIW continue to work together to keep these resources updated and relevant. And we continue to support them with updates and new learning products today.
